The case for a full-stack life insurer
Product, underwriting, distribution, and operations belong in one operating model.
Full-stack is an operating commitment.
For Lifecor, full-stack means bringing the major functions of an insurer into one model: product, underwriting, distribution, issue, policy administration, servicing, and risk. It does not mean every specialist capability must be developed internally. It means the carrier must own how those capabilities work together.
One policy, across its lifetime.
An application becomes evidence, a decision, a policy, and an ongoing obligation. The information gathered at the beginning should remain useful throughout that progression, with appropriate permissions, controls, and accountability. Connected operations are as important as connected sales.
Integration without losing responsibility.
Lifecor OS is the planned operating system behind Lifecor. The technology is intended to connect workflows and records, while carrier judgment, governance, and responsibility remain essential. Lifecor is in formation; the model described here is the direction we are building toward, not an available insurance offering.
